I covered a gig that guys from Metasoma played last night at the Scala, London bringing the quality metal to the audience gathered for the annual concert run by the volunteers of Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, an NGO from Poland raising money towards medical equipment for children hospitals.
The band, with a current lineup of a lead guitarist Voytek Golbiak, singer Vlad Iancu,
drummer Hugo Terva, bassist Jake Thorsen and Michal ‘’Misiek’’ Sedzielewski on a rhythm guitar, served a mix of their own compositions as well as a Nirvana cover.
The rhythm guitarist Misiek entered the stage with a big blue collar around his neck and despite what seemed sometimes like a big fight with a pain in his upper body and a right hand, he managed to pull a good show. A true representation of metal attitude.
